About the webinar

In today’s workplace, conflict often isn’t about clashing personalities—it’s about overloaded minds. When cognitive bandwidth is maxed out, our ability to listen, regulate emotions, and problem-solve shrinks. Misunderstandings that could have been avoided escalate into unnecessary conflict, draining energy and damaging collaboration.

This webinar explores how information overload silently drives tension, and more importantly, how leaders and teams can create the mental space needed for calmer, clearer, and more constructive interactions.

Three takeaways:

Recognise the signs of overload in conflict

Learn strategies to reduce decision fatigue and prevent escalations

Build conflict-resilient teams by protecting cognitive capacity
