About your trainer

Anne-Marie runs a boutique Mediation and  Conflict  Coaching consultancy She is passionate about providing insights and strategic advice to her clients, lawyers, mediators and parenting co-ordinators on conflict management and navigating difficult client relationships.
 
She  is an award-winning Lawyer and Mediator, a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Certified Divorce Coach and Parenting Co-ordinator as well as a Speaker, Trainer and Lecturer in law. She also has a Masters in Family Dispute Resolution and Negotiation.
 
She also has training in Transformative Relationship Mediation, Brain Based Conversation and Coaching Skills and is a  NLP Master Practitioner and is also a Mental Health First Aider.
 
She was also awarded a Churchill Fellowship recently and she travelled around the world  researching “Best Practice in Parenting Co-ordination” with a view to informing the implementation of the practice of Parenting Co-ordination in Australia. In the course of her travels she met thought leaders, lawyers, dispute resolution professions, judges, academics and researchers who work in dispute resolution. 
 
She is  passionate about the work she does  as an Alternative Dispute Resolution professional with families, individuals and Corporate Teams  to help them reach peaceful resolution.
